Questions about working with us – clearly answered
General Overview & Introduction
We combine personal experience (with roots in Kerala) and professional recruitment expertise. Our approach is values-based, structured, and tailored – not a standardized mass placement model. Our partners especially value our honest communication, cultural sensitivity, and long-term perspective.
What truly makes us different:
Even after the placement, we remain actively by your side. We continue to support the nurses – with team integration, administrative procedures, registrations, daily life, and, if needed, housing search. In this way, we provide more than just staffing relief – we create sustainable solutions with heart.
Depending on individual circumstances, the full placement and integration process typically takes 6 to 9 months – depending on the recognition procedure and visa processing.
We offer a transparent and fair pricing model with clearly defined services – with no hidden fees.
If desired, we will provide you with a customized offer.
Information about the Nurses
Our professionals come from Kerala, a state in southern India known for its high standards in healthcare education.
Many graduates possess excellent nursing skills, strong motivation, and a high level of empathy – making them a valuable addition to any care team in Germany.
Most of the nurses aim for a long-term future in Germany, including the possibility of family reunification.
Yes. All nurses placed through us make their decision voluntarily and with conviction. They seek a long-term, secure future in Germany – with career prospects, social security, and the opportunity to reunite with their families later on.
PflegeHerz Consulting supports them with respect, transparency, and genuine guidance.
Our nurses from Kerala hold a recognized qualification in general or geriatric nursing. We ensure that they are professionally and linguistically prepared (minimum B1 level) for daily work in German healthcare settings.
Before arrival, we assess language progress and, if necessary, provide targeted additional training.
We also provide digital learning materials specifically designed to prepare for communication with patients, colleagues, and relatives – so that our nurses can work confidently and professionally.
Thanks to thorough preparation, clear expectations, and ongoing personal support, we significantly increase the retention period.
Integration & Collaboration
Our nurses are open to company accommodations, shared housing, or dormitories.
We support the search and placement process but expect active involvement from the facility.
Where possible, we handle preliminary tasks.
For on-site steps like registration, opening a bank account, or choosing health insurance, we work closely with your facility to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved.
with your facility to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
Our goal is a stable, long-term solution for both sides.
We remain a personal point of contact for both the facility and the nurse.
We are closely involved during the initial phase and maintain regular contact afterward.
Legal Aspects & Applicant Profile
We operate strictly in compliance with German immigration and labor laws as well as the guidelines of the Federal Employment Agency.
Recognition as a nursing professional is granted according to the respective state law. All steps are documented and legally compliant.
After this period, the local immigration authority converts it into a long-term residence and work permit.
