My Story

What began as the journey of an orphan became a vision for the care of tomorrow.

I was born a full orphan in an orphanage in Kerala – with no possessions, no security, but with hope. My earliest childhood was marked by simplicity and hardship. At a young age, I was adopted by my current father and came to Germany – a world unfamiliar to me, which soon became my home. I know what it feels like to stand on the margins. I know what it means to be given a chance – and what it can do for a person.

That trust changed my life. It gave me dignity, a future – and a new sense of responsibility.

Today, Germany is my home. And yet, my heart beats for two worlds. I have never forgotten my roots in Kerala. They are part of who I am – and the foundation of my motivation.

With PflegeHerz Consulting, I founded a company that is more than just a placement agency:

Our Social Commitment

At PflegeHerz Consulting, I see nursing not just as a profession, but as a social responsibility. That’s why I go beyond professional integration – by supporting children in need of special care.

A central part of my commitment is the support of an orphanage in Kerala, where I myself grew up. There, I promote education, safety, and future opportunities for children who would otherwise have little chance in life. For me, this is not charity – it is a personal act of giving back to the community that shaped me.

From this heartfelt mission, I founded PflegeHerz4Kids – an initiative dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children in Kerala and North Rhine-Westphalia.

I help where help truly makes a difference – with the goal of giving young lives new strength and hope.
